Refurbishing, Renovating and Extending Listed and Heritage Buildings in London, Surrey and the South East

The project illustrated was to extend a 17th Century Cottage. This is a heritage listed building and we were instructed to add a new extension to match in with the existing property. The project was closely monitored by the Heritage people who inspected at various stages throughout the building works. This was an involved project extending the original cottage and to keep inline with the existing look and feel of the cottage – with a very satisfactory finish.

Using local stones and slabs and continuing the slate roof enabled the property to display its character, as if it was originally built in this way.
